About the Company
Head of Executive Office – International Division
Reading, UK | Hybrid with international travel
We are partnering with a well-established global organisation to find a Head of Executive Office for its International division. This is a confidential search for a senior, high-impact role working directly alongside the divisional President.
About the Role
The opportunity: You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, helping to shape priorities, drive execution and ensure that leadership decisions turn into measurable results across multiple countries and functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the President on strategy, planning, and key business decisions
- Lead the governance framework and leadership team rhythm
- Drive delivery of strategic initiatives, with clear ownership and accountability
- Lead preparation for Board and Executive Committee meetings
- Shape internal and executive communications, including speeches and leadership updates
- Lead the executive support team and sponsor critical global projects

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Full professional English
Required Skills
- 8+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, ideally at Project Leader, Principal, or Associate Partner level
- Proven experience leading engagements for C-suite clients in multinational, multi-country environments
- Strong financial acumen, ideally with a background in corporate finance, M&A, or investment
- Exposure to operationally complex sectors such as automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or industrial businesses
- International experience, having worked across different markets and cultures
- Excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to influence without authority
