About The Role
You will own full-cycle executive search for C-level, C-1, and C-2 positions across operations, engineering, finance, and legal. You will build search processes, lead and develop recruiters, map talent markets, partner with leadership, assess candidates, and conduct high-level negotiations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including executive search or headhunting for C-level roles
- Track record closing C-1 and C-2 roles in operations, engineering, finance, or legal
- Experience in robotics, hardware technology, or adjacent AI companies
- Experience building and managing a small recruiting team
- Direct sourcing, market mapping, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle executive search and hiring for senior roles
- Conduct market mapping and direct sourcing
- Manage offers and onboarding for executive hires
- Hire, train, and lead a recruiting team
- Establish executive search processes, tools, and metrics
- Partner with founders and function leaders on role profiles
- Build and maintain talent maps across robotics, AI, and adjacent industries
- Represent the company in the senior-candidate market and lead negotiations
