About Humanoid
We believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. Our mission is to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01, our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments. We’re growing the team to take it even further.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Executive Search with a background in executive search to build and lead our top-level hiring function. You’ll personally close C-level, C-1, and C-2 roles across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, developing our headhunting process and building a strong pipeline of the market’s best candidates. In parallel, you’ll build and lead a small team (2-3 people to start), setting the standard for search quality and candidate assessment.
What You'll Do
- Executive search: Own the full-cycle search and hiring process for C-level, C-1, and C-2 roles across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal - from market mapping and direct sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Team management: Hire, train, and grow a team of recruiters (2-3 people to start), allocate roles, and ensure pipeline quality.
- Process building: Establish executive search processes, tools, and metrics within the company.
- Partnering with leadership: Work closely with founders and function leaders to fully understand each role’s profile and business context.
- Market expertise: Build and maintain a talent map across robotics, AI, and adjacent industries.
- Employer branding: Represent the company in the top-candidate market and lead high-level negotiations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
