Head of Facilities Management | National role
I’m recruiting a Head of FM for a leading UK provider of critical asset services. This is a senior commercial role focused on growing the company’s relationships with major facilities management groups across the UK.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll set the FM sector strategy across multiple service lines and regions. You’ll build senior relationships with national and multinational FM groups, develop commercial frameworks and help teams across the business deliver a consistent, compelling proposition.
Your remit will include:
- Developing the FM sector strategy and go-to-market proposition
- Building relationships with senior leaders and procurement teams at major FM groups
- Leading commercial negotiations, preferred supplier agreements and framework arrangements
- Setting pricing, rebate and SLA models that support growth and margin
- Aligning sales and operational teams around customer needs and service delivery
- Managing a central budget, growth targets and gross margin performance
- Improving sector performance through clear reporting and commercial action

I’m looking for someone with substantial FM sector experience who understands how large FM groups buy, contract and manage suppliers. You’ll have worked with frameworks or preferred supplier lists, complex commercial terms, procurement and service performance. You’ll also be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across different parts of a business.
