Head of Facilities Management
W Talent Property & Real Estate are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a high-end office services company. They are hiring a Head of Facilities Management in London.
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced facilities leader to own the delivery of safe facilities services across their high-end offices. You will manage the facilities team, contractors, H&S, compliance and projects for the multi-site office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget management: Responsible for facilities & capex P&L.
- Capital delivery: Small works, refurbishments, etc.
- H&S and Compliance: Responsible for H&S as well as statutory and regulatory compliance across the estate.
- Facilities management: Hard and soft facilities delivery.
- Team management: Leading the facilities team.
- Contractor management: Maintain contractor relations, ensuring value for money, etc.
- Sustainability: Champion ESG and sustainability commitments.

About You
- Proven experience in managing multi-site commercial portfolios.
- Significant experience in hard & soft facilities management, including budget and team management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing multiple client/stakeholder relationships.
- High-end office or hospitality experience is essential.
- Relevant qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, NEBOSH, or technical qualifications are highly desirable.
