Head of Facilities Management

Reporting to the Managing Director of a globally recognised high-performance engineering and manufacturing business, with a seat on the senior management team.
Full accountability for the control, development, and performance of all estates, facilities, infrastructure, and site services across a complex single campus. This includes advanced manufacturing, test environments, controlled areas, corporate, and client-facing spaces.
The remit covers the long-term Estates & Facilities Strategy, hard services and critical engineering, capital projects and campus expansion, soft services and contracts, and full legal, HSE, and environmental compliance. You will lead an established multidisciplinary team and control both operational and capital budgets.
