Head of FF&E | Super-Luxury Hospitality & Residential

London | Hybrid | Central London Studio

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of FF&E Designer to join a highly creative, close-knit design studio working at the very top end of the luxury market. This is an opportunity to become part of a small team of around 10 designers delivering extraordinary interiors for super-luxury hospitality and residential projects across the world. Think exceptional materials, bespoke furniture, exquisite detailing and interiors where every element has been considered.

The Role

As Head of FF&E Designer, you’ll play a key role in taking ambitious design concepts and translating them into beautifully resolved, highly considered interiors.

You’ll work across the full FF&E process — from concept and sourcing through to specification, development and delivery — collaborating closely with the wider design team, suppliers and manufacturers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
