Head of Finance

Office based in Hertfordshire (with 1 day a week WFH)
£75,000–£90,000 + bonus + car allowance + benefits

The Opportunity

A long-established, family-owned group in the commercial catering and hospitality sector is appointing its first Head of Finance. Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a small team, you will own the full finance function across a multi-company group and build the reporting, forecasting and controls the business needs for its next stage of growth. There is a genuine route to Finance Director.

The Applicant

  • You will be a senior finance leader from an SME or SME group, used to owning an entire finance function, with a track record of building management reporting and cashflow forecasting rather than maintaining someone else's.
  • Multi-entity experience is essential.
  • A construction, fit-out, M&E or other project-based sector background is preferred, as is ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification.
