Looking for more than just another Head of Finance role?
This isn't a role where you'll simply report the numbers.
It's a role where you'll help shape the future of a growing business.
The Dash Group, we're a family-owned organisation operating across logistics, vehicle solutions, fulfilment and e-commerce. With more than 200 colleagues, turnover expected to reach £34m this year, and ambitious plans for further growth, we're looking for a commercially minded Head of Finance to join our senior leadership team and help us write the next chapter of our story.
If you're someone who enjoys building, improving and influencing, rather than simply maintaining what's already there, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join The Dash Group?
We're proud of the business we've built, but we're even prouder of the people behind it.
As a family-owned company, relationships matter. We believe great leadership comes from collaboration, trust and creating an environment where people can do their best work. We value curiosity, kindness and practical thinking, and we're always looking for people who want to contribute ideas, challenge constructively and help us improve.
As Head of Finance, you'll work directly with the Directors and senior leadership team, playing a central role in strategic decision-making and helping guide the business through its next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the finance function and lead a talented team while helping the business strengthen systems, improve reporting and create greater commercial insight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
