Head of Finance - Multi-Site Hospitality Group | Central London
The Opportunity
We are working with an established and entrepreneurial multi-site hospitality group with a portfolio of premium bars, restaurants and venues across Central London. They are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the finance function and provide both strong financial control and commercial insight to support the continued growth of the business.
The Role
A broad, hands-on role combining financial control, commercial analysis and strategic support, working closely with the senior leadership team and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly cash flow forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting
- Produce monthly management accounts and board reporting
- Provide detailed P&L, site profitability, margin and labour analysis
- Lead investment and capex analysis
- Manage and develop a small finance team and outsourced finance provider
- Oversee payroll, VAT, pensions, tax and other statutory requirements
- Maintain robust financial controls and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors and HMRC
- Provide commercial insight and competitor analysis to support decision-making
- Support wider business and finance projects

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience managing a small finance team
- Strong financial control and commercial finance experience
- Hands-on and comfortable operating in an SME environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to move between detail and the wider commercial picture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally, experience within multi-site hospitality, leisure however may consider multi-site retail

Location: Central London (4 days in office/ 1 day WFH)
Salary: £100 - £120K + bonus
