Location: West London (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + benefits

About the Job
This is a senior finance role with full ownership of accounting, controlling, and statutory reporting across the UK and Ireland. Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance & Controlling Manager will lead the finance function, strengthen controls and systems, and act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders while managing and developing a small finance team.

Duties will include:
- Leading all financial accounting, controlling, and external reporting activities
- Producing monthly management accounts and submitting group reporting to strict deadlines
- Owning budgeting, forecasting, quarterly estimates, and annual planning processes
- Managing statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Acting as a senior bank and payment authoriser in line with delegated authority
- Providing variance analysis, risk identification, and commercial insight to support decision-making
- Developing finance systems, processes, and internal controls
- Managing and mentoring finance team members, driving capability and performance
- Partnering with the Finance Director on financial strategy and board-level support
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least five years’ experience in a senior financial management role. You will have strong budgeting and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience within an international or multi-currency environment. A confident leader, you will combine technical accuracy with commercial insight and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
