They have seen a 500% increase in demand for their product, which presents a huge opportunity for the ambitious. This role will naturally be leading to Finance Director & CFO within the next few years, with equity earmarked for key employees as they grow.

About the Role

You will be working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the business to deliver and grow. Comfortable handling large amounts of data, making decisions & acting as a business partner to the CEO, providing regular financial reporting and forecasting.

  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

Desirable

  • Experience with Project finance
  • Understanding of R&D Tax Credits

Required Skills

  • Experience with Xero accounts
  • High growth / scale-up / startup background
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical

Pay range and compensation package

Flexible for the right candidate, depending on experience £50-100K
