Head of Finance

Sector: Multi:Brand Hospitality and Consumer Group
Location: West London : Office Based
Salary: Negotiable / DOE

A fast-growing, privately owned group operating across the hospitality and consumer sectors is looking for a Head of Finance to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the next stage of the business's growth.

With ambitious expansion plans across the UK and US, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, ambitious, and commercially minded finance professional who wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across a multi-brand, multi-site business
  • Lead budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Partner closely with operational and senior leadership teams to drive commercial performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies
  • Drive cost savings and ensure strong financial discipline across the business
  • Support business growth, acquisitions, and integration activity
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team
  • Get hands-on across the finance function and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when needed

Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • An ambitious and hungry finance professional looking for their next challenge
  • Experienced within a multi-site, multi-brand, or fast-paced hospitality, consumer is essential
  • Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge and influence
  • Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Someone who naturally spots problems, finds solutions, and gets things done
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly
  • A strong communicator who can build relationships across finance and operations
  • A natural leader who enjoys developing people and improving the way things are done
  • Practical and commercially savvy, with a strong focus on cost control, efficiency, and value creation
