Head of Finance

4ways Healthcare, part of Evidia Group, a leading European health tech company, is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop our finance function while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

Since 2005, we have partnered with the NHS to improve the efficiency of diagnostic services across the UK and have become a market leader in teleradiology across Europe. With more than 165 team members at our Hemel Hempstead head office and a UK-based radiologist community of over 400, we are proud to play a vital role in delivering better healthcare outcomes.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance to lead and transform the finance function of a growing UK SME with turnover of approximately £50m.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for providing strong financial leadership while transforming the finance function into a more efficient, scalable and commercially focused business partner.

The role will combine financial leadership, business partnering, financial control, strategic planning and finance transformation.

The successful candidate will have the credibility to challenge and influence the CEO and wider leadership team, whilst also being hands-on enough to drive improvements through the finance function.

A key objective will be to ensure that finance evolves alongside the organisation as it grows, providing accurate information, robust controls, better systems and meaningful commercial insight to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement the finance strategy in alignment with the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Act as a trusted financial adviser and business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Provide clear analysis and insight to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Evaluate investment proposals, acquisitions, capital expenditure, pricing decisions and other growth opportunities.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, margins, productivity and cash generation.
  • Support the leadership team in establishing and monitoring commercial KPIs.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide constructive financial challenge where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
