Vacancy Details
We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the Northern Ireland Finance function. Reporting to the European Finance Director, you will oversee financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting for 2/3 UK and European legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Oversee annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and regular financial analysis.
- Work closely with commercial and operational project teams to ensure accurate revenue, cost and profit recognition.
- Manage statutory accounts, and external reporting requirements.
- Support cross jurisdictional VAT, Tax and Compliance, working closely with group tax.
- Lead cash flow forecasting and ensure control of working capital.
- Act as the key contact for internal, external auditors and other 3rd party professionals.
- Drive process improvements, financial controls, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Management of finance team across various locations.

Skills And Experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Significant experience within financial reporting, forecasting and cost management.
- Experience in cash and working capital management.
- Strong technical knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes and tax compliance.
- Exposure to a cross jurisdictional compliance is desirable.
- Proven leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and highly organised.
