The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance function, working closely with the senior leadership team to provide high-quality financial information, commercial insight, and robust financial control. You will lead a finance team comprising Management Accountants, Accounts Assistants, an AR/AP Manager, and Ledger Clerks, with responsibility for developing the team and improving the efficiency of the function. The business is highly data-driven, with a strong focus on KPI reporting and using financial information to support better commercial decision-making.
