£80,000 – £85,000 + Bonus
London | Hybrid
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing beauty & wellness products business as their Head of Finance.
With strong brand momentum and ambitious growth plans across D2C, retail and wholesale, the business is looking for a commercially minded finance leader to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and support the leadership team through its next phase of growth.
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll manage a small finance team and take responsibility across financial control, FP&A, commercial finance and strategic projects.
The Role
You’ll have broad ownership of the finance function, including:
- Leading the month-end process and delivery of accurate management accounts
- Owning budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and long-term financial planning
- Producing insightful Board and management reporting
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain
- Providing analysis around gross margin, pricing, customer/channel profitability and promotional activity
- Managing cash flow, working capital and inventory reporting
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Managing audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements
- Improving financial controls, reporting processes and systems as the business scales
- Supporting senior leadership with strategic projects and commercial decision-making

About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong experience within FMCG, beauty, wellness, consumer products or retail
- Experience operating within a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong commercial finance and FP&A capability alongside solid financial control
- Comfortable partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders
- Experience managing and developing a finance team
- Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable operating in a scaling business
