Water & Infrastructure Sector | Midlands | Hybrid Working
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support the continued growth of a leading engineering and infrastructure business operating within the UK water sector.
This is a key leadership role responsible for:
- Financial strategy
- Reporting
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Governance
- Commercial business partnering across major projects and programmes

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Proven senior finance leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at Executive level.
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, audit and risk management.
- Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Background in water, utilities, engineering, infrastructure or construction sectors is desirable.
