Job Title
This is an excellent, newly created role, driving change and growth within a fast-moving private-equity backed environment on the outskirts of Brighton.
About the Role
This role is reporting into the Finance Director and leading on all aspects of transactional finance. But this said, aside from leading a small team of AP/ AR professionals, you will be:
- Spearheading changes to processes/ systems
- Owning of General Ledger
- Supporting with month-end and year end activities
- Leading all AP and Billing activities
- Business Partnering with various departments across the group

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong/ solid experience of leading a transactional accounting team
- Enjoy change management, with experience of this within a complex, high-growth business
- Be confident driving change
- Be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) - though those that are qualified by experience but with LOTS of relevant experience in all other areas, will also be considered
- Have used Netsuite before (high desirable)
