Ready to influence the future of one of the UK's fastest-growing hearing care businesses? We're looking for an experienced commercial finance leader to partner with our Audiology Leadership Team to drive performance, support strategic investment decisions and help deliver our long term growth ambitions across the UK and ROI.
Leading a team of five finance professionals, you'll provide commercial insight, challenge and direction across a fast-growing business. You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, leading planning and forecasting processes, supporting major transformation programmes and ensuring financial performance is translated into clear actions and outcomes for the business.

You'll be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience and a proven track record of operating at Head of Finance level, ideally within a large-scale retail or consumer-facing business. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, experience leading high-performing finance teams, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a complex environment.
We are flexible on location and there is no set days you need to be in the office but you must be able to travel when required which could be across the UK to meet with colleagues and store Partners.
