Head of Finance & Funds - £140-150k + bonus - C. London (4 days in the office)
I'm partnering with a growing private investment platform to hire a Head of Finance & Fund Operations. This is a broad leadership role offering exposure across corporate finance, fund operations, transaction support and wealth structures within an entrepreneurial, international investment business.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll oversee the finance function, fund reporting, outsourced service providers, regulatory and statutory reporting, treasury, governance and operational controls. You'll also play a key role in supporting investment transactions, fund structures and strategic corporate activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal entity finance, budgeting, forecasting and financial control
- Oversee fund accounting, investor reporting, capital calls and distributions
- Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and banking partners
- Support investment transactions, restructurings and corporate projects
- Provide oversight of offshore trust and wealth structures
- Drive process improvement, governance and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with senior leadership and investment professionals
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within private equity, investment management, private markets, alternatives or a family office environment
- Strong understanding of fund operations and management company finance
- Exposure to transactions, structuring, M&A, fundraising or divestments
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced and entrepreneurial business
- Strong stakeholder management and provider oversight experience
