Description
- Manage the organisation's financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and present them to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Oversee payroll and other day-to-day financial processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to meet organisational goals.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring effective operations.
Profile
Essential
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong commercial and strategic financial management skills.
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Strong IT and financial systems skills.
