Head of Finance Business Partnering
London (2/3 days) with some European Travel
c£120k-£140k + Bonus
Working in partnership with a global E-Commerce organisation, I am seeking a high-calibre Head of Finance Business Partnering for a newly created role working closely with the senior commercial/operational team.
This senior finance leadership role is responsible for providing high-quality commercial insight, strategic challenge and financial guidance to the business decision making process. You will lead the Finance Business Partnering function, ensuring finance is a proactive and influential partner to senior stakeholders. You will translate financial and operational data into clear insights, support strategic and investment decisions, drive performance improvement and ensure the organisation delivers against its financial and commercial objectives.

This key appointment will work closely with the senior commercial/operational leaders, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain as well as highly visible collaboration with the CFO and rest of the C-Suite. Your remit will centre around turning financial information into actionable decision support to drive business performance.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a “Best in Class” Business Case Playbook that will deliver unrivalled business case process, structure and support.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial business partnering, strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and leadership capability. You will demonstrate a natural ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through delivery of ongoing business development initiatives. You will possess a high level of strong key stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and challenge behaviours. You will also be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in presenting financial information to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
