A leading university is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead its business partnering function and support strategic decision-making across the institution.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will work closely with academic and professional service leaders, providing expert financial advice, challenge, and insight to ensure the effective allocation of resources and delivery of organizational objectives.

We are looking for an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA qualified accountant with a strong track record of budget management, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow management, and leading high-performing finance teams. You will be a credible senior stakeholder manager, capable of translating complex financial information into clear, actionable advice.
