This temporary role based in Windsor involves overseeing the financial and compliance operations within the professional services sector. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of accounting processes and regulatory adherence for the business.

Description
- Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.
- Supervise and support the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance & Compliance Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations within the professional services industry.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and management accounts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
