Head of Finance | Creative Multi-Site Scaleup | London / Hybrid

The Client

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led membership and workspace business built for the creative industries, with multiple sites across London and further expansion underway. The business has just closed a landmark strategic partnership with a major institutional property investor, bringing a new shareholder onto the register alongside a significant long-term commitment to a new flagship site.

It is a genuine growth story: a scrappy, founder-built brand that has earned the backing of an established institutional partner and is now scaling with real momentum. Finance has been run lean to date; this is a newly created role reflecting a deliberate step-up in financial infrastructure to match the business's ambitions.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, the Head of Finance will take ownership of financial control and management reporting across the group, while also stepping into a genuinely strategic seat at the leadership table. This is an opportunity to help professionalise the finance function of a business - one that has just proven its model credible enough to attract institutional backing and is now investing in its next phase of growth.

The role is not purely transactional or purely strategic, it sits between the two: you will own the numbers day to day (month-end, cash flow, site-level reporting) while also building the tools and processes the business needs to manage a major new site investment, a new institutional shareholder relationship, and an ambitious expansion plan. There is a clear path to Finance Director as the business and the finance function mature.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
