Head of Finance

Salary: £100,000 + Bonus

Sector: Aesthetic & Cosmetic Healthcare

Location: London | Hybrid- 3 days a week in office

MM15057

A fast-growing, Private Equity-backed aesthetic and cosmetic healthcare business is looking to appoint a commercially minded Head of Finance to support the next stage of its growth journey.

Operating across a network of clinics and specialist treatment centres, the business has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality cosmetic and medical aesthetic services. With increasing demand, a loyal patient base and backing from an ambitious Private Equity investor, the company is pursuing a clear growth strategy through new site openings, service expansion and strategic acquisitions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of a founder-led healthcare platform. Working closely with the CFO, CEO and wider leadership team, you will help drive both financial performance and operational scalability.

The Opportunity

As Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insight, challenge and strategic support.

The role combines strong financial control responsibilities with commercial exposure, offering the opportunity to influence key decisions around growth, clinic performance, investment opportunities and acquisition activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
