Head of Finance
The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring smooth processes and accurate reporting to support decision-making. Based in London, this role plays a key part in driving financial strategy within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Description
- Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
- Take ownership of overall business performance, including profitability, cash flow and commercial decision-making.
- Manage and develop finance, operational and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, procurement and fulfilment activities to ensure efficient delivery and service levels.
- Build and enhance scalable processes, systems and controls to support growth.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities, investments and strategic projects.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to support sustainable business performance.
- Support supplier and partner relationships, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and operational reliability.

Profile
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Exposure to international supply chains and third-party manufacturing relationships.
- Experience implementing or improving ERP, MRP or business management systems.
- Previous involvement in acquisitions, fundraising, strategic investment projects or business exit activity.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a large and varied product portfolio.
- Significant experience in a senior operational, financial or general management leadership position.
- A strong track record of owning commercial performance, including P&L responsibility.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, product-based, supply chain-intensive or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial controls and business planning.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes and deliver operational efficiencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into action.
- Experience supporting business growth, transformation or scale-up environments.
