Job title: Head of Finance
Salary: £85,000 - £100,000
Sector: Property Tech start-up
Location: South West, London (Surbiton)
Office arrangement: on site to start then hybrid.
They are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Group Head of Finance to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in the next stage of the Group’s growth.
This is a broad role covering financial control, group reporting, cash flow, investor distributions, budgeting, financial modelling and fundraising support, with significant exposure to the CEO, Board, investors and external advisers.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the Group finance function across multiple entities
- Lead management accounts, group reporting and statutory compliance
- Oversee VAT, tax, audit and financial controls
- Manage cash-flow forecasting and investor distributions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Support acquisitions, fundraising and investor due diligence
- Develop finance systems, processes and reporting as the business scales
- Present financial performance and insights to the Board and senior stakeholders

Looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong group accounting and technical finance experience
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience managing external accountants, auditors and advisers
- Ideally experience within property, private equity, investment management, infrastructure or another investor-backed environment
