Head of Finance | Multi-Site Hospitality | Manchester

The Role π
Working directly with the founder, you'll own the finances - but more importantly, you'll drive the commercial decisions that move the business forward. You'll be given a lot of rope. Expected to find answers yourself. And trusted to get on with it.
- π° Management accounts & cash flow
- ποΈ Build the financial modelling function from the ground up
- π Procurement & cost reduction - food, packaging, utilities - find it, own it, execute it
- π― Trading & KPI reporting
- π€ Building an AI-native finance function
- π§ Shape the finance team and structure as the estate grows
