The Company
Our client is a small but rapidly growing, founder-led hospitality business with an exceptional product, a distinctive brand and a hugely ambitious team. With a clear point of difference in the market and an exciting growth journey ahead, they are now looking for a Head of Finance to work closely with the Founder and play a key role in strengthening the financial rigour of the business as it scales.
The Opportunity
This is a role with genuine breadth and influence. You will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operation while becoming a trusted commercial partner to the Founder and the wider leadership team. As the business continues to grow, you will be closely involved in financial modelling, investment appraisal and evaluating new site opportunities, helping to shape the decisions that will underpin the next phase of growth.
At the same time, this is a very hands-on role. You will spend time in the restaurants, working alongside General Managers and the wider operational team to understand performance, identify opportunities and help teams maximise sales, control costs and deliver the strongest possible results. You will bring the numbers to life, making financial performance accessible and relevant to the people running the business.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong commercial finance experience, ideally from a multi-site hospitality, restaurant or consumer environment.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability, with experience evaluating investment or new site opportunities.
- A hands-on, operational mindset and the confidence to work directly with restaurant teams and managers.
- The ability to turn financial information into clear, practical actions that improve performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, brands and the customer experience.
- The ambition and energy to grow with a founder-led business at an exciting stage of its journey.
