Looking for a senior finance role that genuinely fits around life?

We're partnering with a well-established international business looking to appoint a qualified Head of Finance to lead its finance function.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a multi-entity finance operation while working 25–30 hours per week. The role is ideally spread across 5 days (around 5–6 hours per day), making it an excellent option for someone looking for a school-hours role without compromising on seniority or impact.

£70,000–£90,000 FTE (pro rata for hours worked)

The opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take responsibility for the financial leadership of the UK business while overseeing US finances and supporting Swiss management reporting. You'll be the trusted finance partner to the leadership team, ensuring the business has accurate reporting, strong controls and commercial insight to support continued growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
