Company Description
Fornax is a London-based clean-tech company making sustainable heating the obvious choice for every UK home. Operating as a fast-growing installer of heat pumps, Fornax provides flexible payment plans as an FCA Appointed Representative, maintaining a perfect NPS of 10 while scaling its commercial and operational engine across England and Wales.
Job Description
You will own the financial and operational backbone of Fornax, building the commercial engine rather than just managing a back-office. Reporting to the CEO and COO, you’ll design revops, automate workflows, and embed compliance into customer journeys. This hands-on role buys back founder time by scaling a clean-tech market leader.

- Strategic positioning at the intersection of climate tech and fintech, helping every UK home switch to sustainable heating through innovative financial products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
