About The Role
An exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile finance function supporting THG Ingenuity's global fulfilment and operational activities, owning financial performance, providing commercial decision support, and playing a key part in driving profitability improvement across warehousing, logistics, fulfilment, and client operations.
The role will partner closely with operational, commercial, and executive leadership teams to drive margin improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Whilst also ensuring strong financial control, governance, and reporting, through continued development of a strong team of finance professionals.
Role Responsibilities
- Own the global fulfilment budget, forecasting and reforecast cycles, providing clear financial insight to support performance delivery and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver insightful client, site, and activity-level profitability reporting to support commercial decision-making and margin optimisation.
- Partner with site leadership teams to improve operational efficiency, labour productivity, and cost management across fulfilment centres.
- Maintain robust financial controls, governance, and compliance across fulfilment and operational finance processes.
- Lead billing automation projects from scoping through implementation, delivering scalable solutions that improve billing accuracy, revenue capture, operational efficiency, and financial control.
- Serve as the primary finance contact for new client onboarding, leading commercial due diligence, supporting system integrations, and ensuring scalable billing solutions are implemented to protect revenue and margin.
- Develop a high-performing finance team and culture of continuous improvement, embedding scalable operating models that support sustainable business growth.
- Business partner senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, and Procurement to support profitable growth and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven background in operational finance with exposure to commercial aspects of finance
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability
- Strong systems, data, and process improvement mindset
- Influential communicator capable of challenging senior stakeholders
- Experience of leading a finance team and mentoring junior team members
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and pace matters
