Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong experience in financial management and leadership roles.
- Proven ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and team management abilities.
- Experience within the Further Education sector is essential.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £72,000 to £81,000, dependent on the level of experience.
