Head of Finance Shared Services

We are now looking for a Head of Finance Shared Services to join Zenith Group Finance.

This is an opportunity to shape and develop a significant finance operations function, ensuring the effective delivery of core financial processes while contributing to ongoing business development and process improvement. Working closely with the Group Finance Director, Finance Leadership Team and colleagues across the organisation, you'll play an important role in maintaining strong financial foundations, developing capability within the team and delivering positive outcomes for the business.

You'll ensure transactional finance activities are delivered accurately and efficiently, supporting financial reporting requirements, customer and supplier relationships, and the effective running of the wider business. • Ensuring reconciliations, payment activities and ledger management are completed accurately.
  • Contributing to month-end, year-end and audit processes.
  • Providing insight and information to support decision-making across the business.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
  • Building sustainable ways of working that support future business requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
