Head of Finance, Strategy & Corporate Development (Aviation)

Step Up HK is partnering with a leading international aviation services organisation to appoint a Head of Finance, Strategy & Corporate Development based in Manila.

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished finance leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a complex multinational business. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with regional and global leadership, you will lead a sizeable finance organisation while helping influence the company's strategic direction, business performance, and long-term growth.

Role Overview

Finance has a genuine seat at the leadership table within this organisation. Beyond ensuring financial excellence, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing commercial insight and strategic guidance to support key business decisions, transformation initiatives, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling.
  • Drive financial planning, business performance, and corporate governance.
  • Contribute to corporate strategy through market analysis, business planning, performance improvement initiatives, and organisation-wide transformation programmes.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation.
  • Lead high-performing teams and translate financial insight into meaningful commercial outcomes.

Profile Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in finance leadership, business partnering, organisational transformation, and driving business performance.
  • Experience in a multinational corporation, global manufacturing or industrial business, the aviation sector, or a leading professional services organisation.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification viewed favourably.
  • Engaging leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of influencing across cultures and operating confidently as a key member of an executive leadership team.
