London | Hybrid (3 days per week)
Our client, a leading global data and technology business operating within the financial markets, is looking to appoint a Head of Finance Technology Product Management to lead the next phase of its finance technology transformation.
Following the successful implementation of Workday Financials, the organisation is now focused on optimising the platform, enhancing automation and building a scalable finance technology estate to support continued business growth. This is a rare opportunity to own a critical enterprise platform, influence technology strategy and play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly evolving business.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional Workday support role.
- You'll take ownership of the Workday Financials platform as an internal product, driving continuous improvement across finance processes, integrations and automation whilst working closely with senior technology and finance stakeholders across the organisation.
- You'll inherit an established offshore support function and work alongside architecture, engineering and finance teams to deliver strategic enhancements across the wider technology landscape.
- Future scope for the position includes ownership of additional back-office platforms and CRM technology as the organisation continues to invest in its enterprise systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
