Are you an experienced financial compliance leader looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a global, award-winning business?

We're looking for a Head of Financial Compliance - Europe to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys strengthening governance, driving continuous improvement and partnering with senior leaders to support business growth.


The Role

As our Head of Financial Compliance - Europe, you'll play a key role in supporting strong financial governance, compliance and risk management across our European business. Working closely with the CFO and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help ensure effective controls, robust processes and high standards of financial integrity.

This is a collaborative and varied role with exposure across our European operations. You'll partner with teams to strengthen compliance frameworks, identify opportunities for improvement and support informed business decision-making in a practical and commercially minded way.

What We're Looking For

  • ACA qualified accountant (ICAEW)
  • Advanced excel and data analysis skills
  • Proven experience working within financial compliance, governance, corporate tax, VAT and risk management
  • Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear business recommendations
  • Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident communicator who can influence, collaborate and build effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external advisors, auditors and regulatory bodies
  • A naturally curious mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, developing technical expertise and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
