About the Role
AerFin is growing fast and we’re transforming how our finance function operates. We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Financial Operations to lead our transactional finance team and play a key role in a major finance system transformation that will reshape how we work.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end AP & AR operations, ensuring accuracy, control and efficiency
- Cashflow forecasting, liquidity monitoring and working-capital insight
- Daily banking operations, payment governance and treasury support
- Finance-system transformation: process mapping, data cleansing, UAT, and go-live stabilisation
- Future transition and leadership of the Payroll function
- Transactional month-end close activities and audit support
- Development of a high-performing AP, AR and payroll team
Requirements
- Senior experience leading AP/AR or transactional finance operations
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, cashflow, treasury and banking processes
- Demonstrated experience in finance transformation or ERP/system implementation
- Ability to redesign processes, improve automation and enhance control
- Excellent stakeholder management and people-leadership skills
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred
