Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A function across the UK and Ireland.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our business. You’ll turn data into meaningful commercial insight, helping our leaders make confident decisions and shaping the future performance of one of the world’s most loved brands.

You’ll take ownership of our forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning- bringing clarity to complex information and helping us spot the risks, opportunities and actions that matter most.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and leading the quarterly forecasting process across the business.
  • Leading the annual budgeting process and creating clear accountability for delivery.
  • Developing medium- and long-term financial plans that support our strategic ambitions.
  • Improving forecasting methodologies, tools and assumptions to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leading the business-wide risks and opportunities process.
  • Providing clear, forward-looking guidance on financial performance.
  • Turning complex data and variance analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Partnering with leaders across Retail, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing and Support Functions.
  • Connecting operational activity with financial performance and strategic priorities.
  • Leading and developing the FP&A Analyst.
  • Driving greater automation, consistency and continuous improvement across our FP&A processes and planning systems.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant FP&A, commercial finance or business-planning experience within a multi-site, consumer-facing organisation.
  • Experience in retail, food manufacturing, FMCG or quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a talent for turning data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience building credible forecasts and financial models using information from multiple sources.
  • The confidence to make clear recommendations when information is incomplete, inconsistent or evolving.
  • The ability to uncover the commercial and operational drivers behind business performance.
  • A pragmatic approach that balances analytical rigour with sound judgement.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • A curious mindset and a genuine passion for developing people and improving how things are done.
