About the position

We're looking for an experienced Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business insight across our growing organisation.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth. You'll lead the FP&A function, develop meaningful financial insights, and help build a data-driven culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
  • Own and continually enhance management reporting and business performance analysis.
  • Produce meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations, People, Marketing and Finance teams to improve financial performance.
  • Develop financial models, business cases and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.
  • Lead, coach and develop the FP&A team.
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and analysis processes.
  • Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.

What do you bring

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering leadership roles.
  • Power BI expert, with a proven track record of developing dashboards, automating reporting and delivering meaningful business insights.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, multi-site or high-growth environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused leader who enjoys getting into the detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
