High-calibre independent financial planning firm
Fram is working with a high-calibre independent financial planning firm that is looking to hire an experienced Head of Financial Planning to lead its team in Yorkshire. This is a senior leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to influence the direction of an established and growing business while leading a team of Planners and Paraplanners.
The role combines leadership, commercial oversight, and strategic development. The successful individual will be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing advisers
- Maintaining high advice standards
- Helping to shape the firm’s financial planning proposition as it continues to evolve

Working closely with the senior leadership team, they will contribute to business strategy, drive performance, and ensure the advisory function continues to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Alongside team leadership, the position involves:

This is a visible role within the business and would suit someone who enjoys influencing both people and strategy.
This may appeal to an experienced Financial Planner with an established background in managing adviser teams and operating at a senior level within a financial planning business. The firm is looking for a commercially aware leader who is confident coaching advisers, driving performance, and contributing to the wider success of the organisation. Previous management experience will be essential, together with the credibility and communication skills to engage with advisers, senior stakeholders, and clients where appropriate.
