Role Overview
This senior finance leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, control, consolidation and governance across a complex international group operating through multiple entities. The successful candidate will lead a finance team, strengthen reporting standards and provide insight to senior stakeholders while driving process and control improvements.

With a broad portfolio of advisory, capital solutions and business support activities, the organisation is focused on strengthening financial reporting, governance and control standards as part of its continued international growth and transformation programme.
Description
- Lead an international financial reporting team and develop team capability.
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidations and management reporting.
- Improve accounting governance, technical accounting standards and financial controls.
- Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and key accounting reviews.
- Drive finance transformation, systems improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and business support.

Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and financial control background.
- Experience within a multi-entity group environment, including consolidation and group reporting.
- Strong audit, statutory reporting and balance sheet control experience.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams through change.
- Experience operating within a SOX-compliant or SOX-readiness environment is desirable
- Oracle, regulated environment or international group experience would be advantageous.
