Head of Financial Reporting
A leading insurance business is strengthening its finance function with a newly created Head of Financial Reporting role, reporting into senior group finance leadership. High-visibility position at the heart of a major finance transformation programme.
The role:
- Own statutory accounts, regulatory returns, and group reporting
- Partner closely with senior finance and audit stakeholders
- Drive improvements in reporting processes as part of a wider transformation agenda
- Build credibility as a trusted technical and commercial advisor at leadership level

What we're looking for:
- Strong technical accounting background, ideally Big 4 trained (ACA/ACCA qualified)
- Insurance sector experience essential
- Solvency II / regulatory reporting exposure highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage a team and challenge senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid environment, minimal office days required
