Head of FinOps | DeepTech | London

£100k - £120k + options
Talentedge are partnering with one of the industry-leaders & fastest growing companies in this vertical on a newly created Head of FinOps opportunity, owing to continued explosive global scale.
Working closely with a superstar finance team (CFO / Head of Finance / Head of Tax / Head of Treasury / Head of FP&A), you will own the day-to-day finance function with AI very much at its' core.

Key responsibilities:
- Work with Product, Engineering & the wider finance function to build AI-focused processes and controls
- Ensure a smooth month end close process
- Have ownership over multicurrency and multi-entity AP and AR functions
- Scope out and implement various tools to further enhance and automate their tech stack
- Support Global Head of Tax with R&D claims
Profile:
- Qualified accountant
- Significant experience of scaling a modern accounting function within a physical-product based business (preference for venture backed)
- High volume, multi-entity transactional finance experience
- Established and credible business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
