Hi, I'm Kuba Bajorski, Chief Product Officer at eSky Group, and I’m currently looking for a Head of Flight to join my team. The flight team is in great shape: strong, mature, well-organized, and knows exactly what it's doing. Who we're looking for is a leader who can manage people well and help them do their best work - someone who leads through coaching, not through diving into every operational detail themselves.

What You'll Own

  • Core flights OTA. This is our mature business: P&L ownership, offer, pricing, monetization, conversion, and close collaboration with trading. It's also a business model that's evolving, so you'll be helping steer that change.
  • Flight supply for our dynamic packages product. This is greenfield territory: allotments, charters, tour-operator rates, groups, inventory risk management. You'll have deep in-house expertise to draw on; your job is to give this area direction and turn it into a real capability.
  • The OTA → dynamic packages/hotels path. We have strong traffic and customer base, and a real opportunity to grow package and hotel sales on top of that. You'll work closely with the product teams (dynamic packages, hotels) and marketing to make it happen.
  • Segmentation and value proposition. Growing our offer for leisure travelers while protecting the short-lead-time buyers: a balance that takes judgment.
  • Distribution governance. Getting marketing and trading aligned on who owns what: touchpoints, product exposure, promotions, experiments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
