Are you a senior culinary leader who has successfully led multiple high-volume kitchens and helped a hospitality business improve its food offer, operational performance and profitability? Have you got the experience to build standards, develop talented chefs and support a growing restaurant estate? If yes, please keep reading!
This is a broad, strategic but hands-on leadership role, with responsibility for the culinary direction and Back of House performance across a growing restaurant business.
Working closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance and the wider leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the food strategy, improving consistency and building the operational platform required to support the group's ambitious growth plans.

- You will lead and develop Group and Regional Chefs, ensuring food quality, freshness, food safety, kitchen productivity and commercial performance are consistently delivered across the estate.
- There is a significant opportunity to develop menus, improve recipe standards, introduce better processes and ensure each brand retains its own identity while operating to clear and measurable standards.
- A key part of the role will be protecting the guest experience while improving food cost, labour productivity, stock management and waste.
- You will need to combine strong culinary credibility with commercial understanding, using data and site engagement to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable improvements.
- You will also play a major role in new openings, supporting kitchen design, equipment, menus, recruitment, training and operational readiness as the business continues to expand.
