Head of Food and Beverage
We are delighted to be working with a beautiful luxury country hotel in Dorset to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Head of Food and Beverage.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a distinctive luxury property with a strong focus on exceptional food, service, and guest experience, and to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of its F and B operation.
Reporting into the General Manager, the Head of F and B will take overall responsibility for the hotel's food and beverage operation, leading across restaurants, bars, events, and wider guest dining. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards while driving commercial performance, team development, and innovation across the operation.

Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the overall F and B strategy
- Overseeing restaurants, bars, events, and banqueting
- Driving revenue, profitability, and cost control
- Working closely with the culinary team on menus and F and B development
- Delivering an exceptional and consistent guest experience
- Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing F and B team
- Managing budgets, forecasting, labour costs, and GP performance
- Developing strong supplier and partner relationships
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
- Working closely with the GM and wider leadership team on the hotel's strategic objectives
- Continually raising service and operational standards
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced F and B leader from a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality environment.

- You will be commercially astute, operationally strong, and passionate about creating memorable food and beverage experiences.
- Proven experience at Head of F and B, Director of F and B, or a comparable senior level.
- A strong background in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
- Excellent commercial and financial understanding.
- A track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- A genuine passion for food, beverage, and service.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary F and B trends and guest expectations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Creativity, energy, and a hands-on approach.
