Aramark UK Food & Beverage Leader

Aramark UK is recruiting for a dynamic and commercially focused Food & Beverage leader to take ownership of a diverse and high-profile hotel operation. Responsible for restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, conferences and events, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence and delivering strong commercial performance across the business.

Leading and inspiring a large, multi-functional team, you will create a culture where people thrive, standards are consistently exceeded and innovation is encouraged. Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the resort, you will drive revenue growth, maximise profitability and ensure the food and beverage offering continues to evolve, delighting guests while supporting the wider strategic objectives of the hotel and resort.

This is a permanent, full time position working on a volume basis across weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and develop the Food & Beverage management and operational teams, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, conferences and events.
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, presentation and cleanliness.
  • Coach and support managers to maximise team performance, succession planning, colleague development and retention.
  • Deliver budgeted revenue, profit and EBITDA targets through effective commercial and operational management.
  • Manage labour costs, food costs, stock control and operational expenditure to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Champion continuous improvement by analysing guest feedback, implementing action plans and driving innovation across the Food & Beverage offering.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel, resort and support function teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to wider business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a hotel, resort or large-scale hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate high-performing teams across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and events operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue growth and delivering profit targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, health & safety legislation and operational compliance standards.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a track record of improving service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
